FAQ Visitors and buyers

How can I find a specific art object?

Under the tab "Art" you can see the art objects that are for sale. You can click on the pictures where you will see the corresponding information. On the right side you can use the search function and also choose between different filter functions and save these settings.

How do I find specific artists?

Under the tab titled Artists you will find all the information about the artist. You can see the artist's name, place of origin, the artist's style and a description. You can also see the portfolio and art for sale. You can contact the artists directly via the message function.

How does the general search function?

Use the white search field to find artworks or artists. All results are displayed here and marked in the individual categories. If you do not succeed with your search, please contact us.

Who will deliver the artwork?

Delivery and shipment are agreed exclusively between the buyer and the seller.

How do I create a search subscription?

To do this, click on the profile tab at the top left. Next, you can click on Search Subscription and select the information that is relevant for your search. Search subscriptions are sent to you by e-mail at the desired interval. You can cancel your search subscription at any time.
