Why hide the natural nakedness, what a difference which part of the body is naked, and which is hidden. It's all about educating generations.

These works were created in the first months of the war with russia, in 2014, before be aware came that the war is for a long time.
This is the last series of works that can be called visually "light" for the viewer to perceive, my subsequent works have changed their emotional color.
The concept of the series of works "Virginity":
This series of works open up intimate parts of the body in order to expose the grotesque fear of them and religious aggression to it. The fact that a woman has to hide the natural nakedness is not only coercion, it's educated by generations, which deprives a person of choice and controls her body.
It also reveals the worst legal aspects of life, such as the absence of the right to drive a car, get an education, and conccusing a woman to ask her husband for permission to live.
It is unacceptable to force another being to have a certain look or level of well-groomed, intelligence, sense of humor, emotionality, strength, duties and rights based on their gender. Part of the world and people are educated enough to understand that they live close to shameful laws that force one gender and give power to another. But the oppressors have the greatest power to change it.
At first, the stroke and texture on the background was deeply etched, then the background of the aquatint was penetrated. Printed on paper for etching.
The fabric and body of a woman are scratched in the same stroke, so that their texture fuses.
The first board is printed as a monotype, the second as an etching.
