God Ra, the sun, the creator, all are connected by a single beginning - life. Who are we? Where did we come from? This is our origin, from where we draw our roots. Each of us contemplates our nationality and ancestry, yet only a small percentage truly ponders who we are as individuals, how evolution has shaped us, how cyanobacteria emerged from a tiny carbon atom, from which we later emerged, or if we even have a definitive beginning.
The creation of this artwork was influenced by my numerous daydreams of a desert where life is scarce or exists in its simplest form, a place where individuality dissolves, giving way to primal instincts.
